- 1 package of chocolate cookie crumbs (about 200g)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Green food coloring
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the base of a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate and let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mint extract and green food coloring, mix well.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, then add melted chocolate.
- Pour filling over the crust, smooth the top, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Decorate with fresh mint and a drizzle of melted chocolate before serving.
