Instructions
- Bake the red velvet cake according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into a large bowl and mix in cream cheese frosting until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small apple-shaped balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, then dip each cake ball into the red coating, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the coated cake pops on a parchment-lined tray and insert a stick before the coating sets fully.
- For leaves, melt green candy melts and pipe leaf shapes onto parchment to harden, then attach to the stems of the cake pops with a dab of melted candy.
- Decorate with edible pearls or glitter for an enchanting look.
