Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut pie crusts into small circles using a cookie cutter.
- Place crusts into mini muffin tins and fill with cherry jam and lemon curd.
- Brush edges with egg wash, top with more crust cutouts, and seal edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once cooled, decorate with colored icing, sprinkles, and edible glitter to resemble fairy tale characters.
Notes
Use food coloring to decorate icing as per character colors. Prepare in advance for a fun, themed dessert presentation.
