- 4 brioche buns
- Pickles, sliced

Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the seasoned flour, pressing gently to coat fully.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 8–10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and brush generously with Nashville hot sauce.
- Toast buns lightly. Assemble sandwiches with fried chicken, pickles, lettuce, and additional hot sauce if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the spice level by modifying the amount of cayenne pepper.
- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken in seasoned flour.
