Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen for convenience)
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based options like almond or oat milk)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (for creaminess)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 drops blue food coloring (for that iconic Tatooine hue)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a chilled drink)
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender, combine the blueberries, milk, vanilla yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add 1-2 drops of blue food coloring and blend until smooth. Adjust the color to match the vibrant blue of Tatooine’s blue milk.
- If you prefer a chilled beverage, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until frothy and cold.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass and decorate with sliced blueberries or whipped cream if desired.
- For an extra special touch, sprinkle edible glitter on top to mimic the glowing blue hue of Star Wars recipes.
Notes
- Store leftover blue milk in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving.
- For a frozen treat, freeze the mixture in ice cube trays and blend with a splash of milk before serving.
- You can customize sweetness by adjusting honey or agave syrup.
