Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out shapes using a donut cutter.
