Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add ice water, mixing until dough forms. Shape into a disc, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Roll out dough on a floured surface and fit into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then cool.
- In a small saucepan, warm apricot jam and brush over cooled tart crust.
- Arrange fresh berries atop the tart and garnish with mint leaves and edible flowers.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
