Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruits.
- In a small saucepan, melt the honey and peanut butter over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the honey-peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients, mixing well until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press firmly to form an even layer.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and gently press them into the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool completely in the dish.
- Lift the parchment paper and cut into bars. Decorate with themed sprinkles or stickers if desired.
