Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk and melted butter.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until just combined.
- Divide the batter into separate bowls and add food coloring to create the different shades for the Porg: gray, blue, and white.
- Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly oil it.
- Pour a scoop of batter for the body, then use a spoon or squeeze bottle to shape the wings, beak, and facial features.
- Add mini chocolate chips or candy eyes for the eyes.
- Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter, assembling the Porg pancakes on a plate.

- Use squeeze bottles or piping bags for detailed shaping.
- You can prepare the batter in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Adjust the food coloring to achieve authentic Porg appearances.
