- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
- Begin by seasoning the ground beef with taco seasoning in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of olive oil and cook the seasoned ground beef until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- While the beef cooks, chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and grate cheese for toppings.
- Assemble the tacos by placing cooked beef on each tortilla, adding toppings, and drizzling with salsa. Add sour cream if desired.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey, chicken, or tofu.
- You can make gluten-free tacos by using gluten-free tortillas.
- To add some heat, include jalapeños or hot sauce to the tacos.
- Leftovers should be stored separately—store beef in an airtight container and toppings separately.
