- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Place dough squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a small dollop of pizza sauce on each square.
- Top with ham, pineapple, and cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with olive oil and garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked bacon or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
- Best enjoyed warm with a side of dipping sauce.
