- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 pineapple, sliced into chunks

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss chicken and beef with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Thread meat, peppers, and pineapple onto skewers alternately.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
