Instructions
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing until dough forms.
- Divide dough and color with food coloring as desired. Roll out and cut into surfboard shapes.
- Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Decorate with colored icing and sprinkles to resemble Stitch surfboards. Let icing set before serving.
