- 1/4 cup water
- 200 grams ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, spring onions)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by chopping your vegetables and mixing them with ground meat in a large bowl.
- Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and vegetable oil to the mixture, and stir well to combine.
- Roll out small portions of dough, place filling in the center, fold, and seal the dumplings.
- Boil salted water, drop in the dumplings, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until they float to the top.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Freeze uncooked dumplings separated by parchment paper for later use.
- Serve with soy sauce, spicy chili oil, or sweet sesame sauce for added flavor.
