- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the sugar until combined.
- Sift together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually mix this dry mixture into the butter and sugar blend.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and glossy.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days or refrigerate for up to two weeks.
- Serve in bite-sized squares, ideally paired with a warm cup of cocoa or vanilla ice cream.
