Instructions
- Toast Eggo waffles until golden and crisp.
- Place two waffles on each plate or serving dish.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream between the waffles to form a ”waffle sandwich,” or stack them with ice cream on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the waffles and ice cream.
- Add strawberry jam swirl if using, and top with fresh strawberries, sprinkles, and whipped cream.
