- 4 slices of bread (your choice: white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, American, or your favorite meltable cheese)

Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- On a preheated griddle, place two slices of bread, buttered side down, and layer two slices of cheese on top of each. Cover with remaining bread, buttered side up.
- Carefully flip the sandwich to cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove the sandwich from the pan, cool slightly, cut in half, and serve alongside crispy chips and soda.
