Instructions

- Add apple cider, melted butter, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a small scoop, carefully dropped dough into hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes, turning as needed.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Optional: drizzle with caramel glaze before serving.
