Instructions

- Mix in vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients, alternating with champagne and milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients.
- Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting with shimmering gold icing and decorating with edible pearls.
