- 4 brioche rolls, split and lightly toasted
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, gently toss the lobster meat with melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, chives, and jalapeño (if using). Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the lobster mixture evenly among the toasted brioche rolls.
- Top with extra chives and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

- For authenticity to the show, use Cold Water lobster meat for sweetness and tenderness.
- Make ahead: Prepare the sauce and chill separately; combine with lobster just before serving to avoid sogginess.
