Instructions
- Prepare the lobster meat: Boil lobster tails in salted water for 7-8 minutes, cool, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Make the lobster mixture: Combine chopped lobster, mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
- Toast the rolls: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat; toast brioche rolls until golden brown.
- Assemble the Lobster Roll: Fill toasted rolls generously with the lobster mixture and garnish with fresh chives. Serve warm.
