- 1 cup pineapple chunks

- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and bell pepper; sauté for 2 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple chunks, soy sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and ingredients are well coated, about 3 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions.
