- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix ground turkey, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
- While baking, whisk honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sesame oil in a small bowl to make the sauce.
- Brush or toss meatballs with the sauce and serve garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of fish sauce or a pinch of five-spice powder.
- Serve with steamed rice or Asian noodles for a complete meal.
