- 2 tbsp hot sauce (your choice)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare honey hot sauce by mixing honey and hot sauce in a bowl.
- Let chicken rest, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces. Toss with honey hot sauce.
- Assemble salad with greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and top with honey hot chicken.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and drizzle with additional honey hot sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
