- 1 cup fresh lemon juice

- Ice cubes
- Fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine the lavender with 1 cup of water and bring to a simmer. Let it steep for 10 minutes, then strain and set aside.
- In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice, honey (or simple syrup), and the lavender infusion.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir well.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the lavender lemonade over, and garnish with lavender sprigs and lemon slices.

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup.
