Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and brown both sides for about 4-5 minutes each.
- Once browned, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers to the skillet and cook until the sauce reduces slightly.
