Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes and let cool.
- Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add White Russian flavors: Stir in coffee liqueur, vodka, heavy cream, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Bake the cheesecake: Pour filling over cooled crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 60-75 minutes, until edges are set but center is slightly wobbly. Let cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
