Instructions
- Start by dissolving the gelatin powder in hot water. Stir well until completely dissolved, then set aside to cool slightly.
- In a chilled mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add half of the sugar while whipping until stiff peaks are achieved.
- Combine the mango puree with the cooled gelatin mixture and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
- Gently fold the mango and gelatin mixture into the whipped cream to maintain an airy texture.
- Pour the mousse into serving glasses or molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
