- 2โ3 rashers of back bacon per person
- 2 large eggs per person
- 1/2 can of baked beans per person
- 2 slices of white or brown bread per person, for toast
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 large tomato, halved
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: Black pudding, fried bread
Instructions
- In a large frying pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the bacon until crispy and keep warm.
- Melt butter in the pan and fry the eggs to your liking, then remove and set aside.
- Add halved tomato and sliced mushrooms to the pan and fry until tender and slightly browned.
- In a small saucepan, gently heat the baked beans.
- Toast the bread to desired crispness and butter it generously.
- Arrange all ingredients on a plate and serve immediately with beans and toast on the side.
