Instructions

  2. Incorporate flour and a pinch of salt until a dough forms. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough to about ΒΌ inch thickness and cut out circles for tart bases.
  4. Place the circles on a lined baking tray, ensuring space between them.
  5. Select your favorite fruit jam and make sure it’s at room temperature for easy spreading.
  6. Add a generous spoonful of jam to the center of each tart base, being careful not to overfill.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
