- 2 cups of fresh blueberries (or frozen blueberries)
- 1 cup of coconut water

- 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
- Clear plastic or silicone ice pop molds
Instructions

- Fill the Molds: Pour the blueberry mixture into your ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert Sticks and Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight for the best result.
- Unmold and Serve: To remove the ice pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull out the frozen treats and enjoy!
Notes
- Use ripe and fresh blueberries for the best flavor and color intensity.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt with dairy-free alternatives like coconut or almond yogurt for vegan options.
- Adjust the amount of blue food coloring for a more or less intense Frost effect.
- Allow the ice pops to sit at room temperature for a few seconds before unmolding for easier removal.
