Instructions
- Wash all the fruits thoroughly under cold water and pat dry.
- Prepare the fruits by slicing strawberries, peeling and slicing kiwi, dicing mango, and cutting pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey (if desired) to add a tangy sweetness.
- Pour the lime-honey mixture over the fruits and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an extra burst of flavor and color.
