- 4 pounds pork spare ribs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rub the ribs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Unwrap and brush with barbecue sauce.
- Finish under a broiler or on grill for 5-7 minutes until caramelized.
Notes
- For extra smoky flavor, use mesquite or hickory wood chips during grilling.
- Allow ribs to rest for 10 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
