Instructions

- In a separate bowl, cream together granulated sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and vegetable oil until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with buttermilk, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool before serving.
