Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then mix in buttermilk and melted butter.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, whisk until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat; pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on top and edges appear set, then flip and cook until golden.
- Serve warm topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of honey.

- For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the batter.
