Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together honey, butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Break the dough into small balls and flatten into discs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
