Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, whisking until mixed.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, honey, milk, eggs, and vanilla until blended.
- Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring to form a smooth batter.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish evenly and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Check doneness with a toothpick; if it comes out clean, cool the cakes in the baking dish for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- For longer storage, freeze for up to 3 months; thaw at room temperature before serving.
