Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or cake tin.
- Mix flour, seeds, nuts, brown sugar, spices, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter, eggs, and vanilla until creamy. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean.
- Let cool before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
