Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the chopped fruits: dragon fruit, kiwi, strawberries, and banana.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey to create a dressing. Drizzle over the fruit salad and gently toss to coat.
- Transfer the salad to a decorative serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
