Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and herbs.
- In a separate bowl, combine honey, melted butter, and milk.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
- For a nutty flavor, add chopped almonds or walnuts.
- Best enjoyed warm with additional honey drizzle.
