Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant, then add cordyceps mushrooms, sautรฉing until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each toasted bread with the mushroom mixture.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and a drizzle of sauce if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of parmesan or nutritional yeast.
- You can substitute other wild mushrooms if cordyceps are unavailable.
