Instructions
- In a tall glass, gently pour the pistachio syrup and matcha powder, stir until dissolved.
- Slowly top with chilled lemon-lime soda to preserve fizz.
- Scoop vanilla ice cream on top.

- For authenticity, make pistachio syrup by blending 2 tbsp blanched pistachios with 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp hot water, then straining.
