Instructions
- In a small bowl, activate yeast in warm water with sugar, let sit until frothy.
- Mix flour and salt in a large bowl, add activated yeast mixture and olive oil to form dough.
- Knead until smooth, then cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Roll out dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Spread sliced Cordyceps mushrooms and herbs evenly on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
