Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into 3 small mason jar-sized cups or glasses (about 1/4 cup each).
- In a bowl, combine mashed avocado, powdered sugar, lime juice, and vanilla—mix until smooth and vibrant green.
- Spoon avocado mixture over cookies, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Top with gummy insects and optional edible petals and powdered sugar ‘dew.’ Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a sweeter twist, add 1 tbsp honey to the avocado mix.
- Use a piping bag for neater layering.
- Gummies can be replaced with chocolate ants or mint candies for variety.
