- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the fresh fruits by slicing kiwis, bananas, and strawberries, and washing the blueberries. Drizzle lemon juice over the fruit.
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cornstarch, stirring until the mixture thickens. Pour the custard into the tart shell.
- Once the custard has slightly cooled, arrange the fresh fruit on top of it. Chill the assembled tart for at least 2 hours.
- After chilling, slice the tart and serve on plates. Enjoy the flavors and colors of this delightful dessert!

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
