Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients for The Lion King Timon’s Hakuna Matata Hummus.
- Add the chickpeas, tahini, fresh lemon juice, and minced garlic to a food processor. Drizzle in the olive oil while blending until smooth.
- Continue blending your mixture until it reaches a creamy texture. Add a little water if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
- Transfer the hummus into a bowl, garnish with olive oil, and serve alongside fresh vegetables and pita bread. Enjoy!

- Store remaining hummus in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
