Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil without stirring, and cook until the mixture reaches 320°F (160°C).
- Remove from heat and carefully stir in vanilla, peppermint, and food coloring.
- Pour the hot syrup into a cotton candy machine or pour onto parchment paper to form fluffy clusters.
- Sprinkle with edible glitter and shape into waves or fluff clouds.
