Ingredients
Scale
- 24 double-stuffed Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 (8 oz) container refrigerated cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup purple gel food coloring
- 2 tsp violet edible shimmer powder (optional)
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp purple emulsifying food coloring
- Edible glitter (purple and gold)
- 12 dark chocolate chips, halved
- Sea salt flakes, for garnish
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in crushed Oreos until well combined.
- Add purple gel food coloring and shimmer powder, mixing until uniformly purple.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
- Roll into 1-inch balls; place on parchment-lined tray and chill 15 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate with purple food coloring; dip each truffle, letting excess drip off.
- Top each with a halved dark chocolate chip and a pinch of edible glitter and sea salt.
- Chill 10 minutes until set.
Notes
- For stronger color, use more gel food coloring — avoid liquid to prevent softening.
- To mimic Ursula’s tentacle swirl, pipe a thin line of royal frosting around the dome after dipping.
- Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 1 month.
