- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 cup beef broth

- 2 bay leaves
- Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Season the beef chunks generously with salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, coriander, and cayenne.

- Pour in the beef broth, honey, and add bay leaves. Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours.
- Once the beef is tender and flavorful, remove the bay leaves. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
- For an extra depth of flavor, add a splash of red wine vinegar or Worcestershire sauce during the last hour of cooking.
- Use fresh herbs for garnish to enhance visual appeal and flavor.
- Ensure the beef is seared properly for maximum flavor infusion.
