Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients, ensuring oats are rolled and nuts are chopped.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour melted coconut oil and honey (or maple syrup) into the dry mixture, then stir well.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake at 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
